Small business owners can learn how to protect themselves against cybercrime during a workshop Aug. 15 in Beardstown.

The workshop will be Aug. 15 at Beardstown Elks Club, with two sessions available — from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4:30 to 6 p.m. It is being hosted by Beardstown Chamber of Commerce.
Andy Minneker and Joe Carty of computer consulting firm Ironcore Inc. will provide those attending tools to protect themselves against fraud and ransomware.
